CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge 100% of the service booked for last minute cancellations / no-shows. Please contact me directly with questions or concerns. Please do not come to your appointment sick, I do not charge a sick fee unless this policy is abused. Then you will will be charged a re-booking fee. If you cancel the same day of your appointment within 24 hours, regardless of sickness, you will be charged for the full amount of the service. It is considered a last-minute cancellation. So if you are feeling sick please try to give me as much notice as possible. Emergencies do happen, and we are all adults.
